Welcome to The Shores Homeowners Association, located in Lewis Center, Ohio
Dear Shores Homeowners, as you may be aware, there are plans to extend the pedestrian path along Lewis Center, from the Parkshore Waukeegan entrance up to the Alum Creek Beach entrance. The Shores HOA and a large number of our homeowners have voiced safety concerns with Orange TWP regarding the path and the future Lewis Center crosswalk.
Members of our Shores community have created a petition to voice the concern and propose an alternative solution. We encourage you to review the Petition (link below) and consider voicing your opinion regarding.
Thank you for your continued support of our wonderful neighborhood.

Discount on Spruce Trees Extended to Shores Homeowners
Shores Homeowners, we currently partner with GreenLawn Specialists for our neighborhood landscaping support. GreenLawn reached out with the message below which we would like to pass along.
GreenLawn Specialists here - we are noticing the decline of the spruce trees that buffer the homes and Old State Rd. We offer discounts on tree removal and installation over winter, and winter is a great time to plant trees if the ground is not frozen solid. Call 614-905-7314 or email firstname.lastname@example.org if you would like to replace some of this evergreen buffer and help maintain the beautiful, evergreen screen.
