As we’ve previously shared, for many years our neighborhood has been operating with 13 different versions of our deed restrictions. They are mostly identical – with just minor wording differences between each version. For clarity, we are now consolidating them into one version. This will greatly simplify things for everyone and alleviate confusion.

In the chance that you have not yet voted to consolidate the deed restrictions you can download, print and sign this document. This includes and amendment summary and ballot. Once completed please notify theboard@theshoreshoa.org. We need approval from the majority of residents and look forward to hearing from you.
