Meetings

The Shores Homeowners Association Board of Directors meets monthly to conduct the business of the Association and discuss matters that affect our community. During these meetings, the Board reviews financial reports, maintenance projects, architectural requests, community concerns, and other items necessary to preserve and improve the neighborhood. HOA members are welcome to attend monthly Board meetings and are encouraged to stay informed about the decisions and initiatives that impact the community.

The Annual HOA Meeting is held each November and provides all homeowners with an opportunity to hear updates on the Association, review the past year’s accomplishments, discuss future plans, and participate in important Association business.

Every homeowner is encouraged to attend the Annual HOA Meeting. It is an excellent opportunity to ask questions, share ideas, meet your neighbors, and have a voice in the future of The Shores. An active and informed membership is essential to maintaining a welcoming, attractive, and well-managed community.
