Deed Restrictions

We are currently working to consolidate all of the deed restrictions for our community into a single, easy-to-use resource. This project is underway, and we hope to have it completed soon. In the meantime, you can find the deed restrictions for your specific section of the subdivision by visiting the Delaware County Recorder’s Office website. Thank you for your patience as we work to make these important documents more accessible for everyone. If you haven’t had a chance to vote on the deed consolidation project please contact the board ASAP. The proposed consolidated deed restrictions can be found below.

HOA Bylaws

The Shores HOA bylaws are the governing rules that define how the homeowners association operates. They outline the structure and responsibilities of the HOA Board, explain how meetings are conducted, describe voting procedures, establish the election process for board members, and provide guidance on the association’s day-to-day governance. While deed restrictions focus on property use and community standards, the bylaws explain how the The Shores HOA is managed. The Shores HOA Bylaws are defined in the document below.

Architectural Review Application

All decks, fences and playsets, as well as any additions to your home, must be approved by our Architectural Review Committee before you begin any construction. Please complete the Architectural Review Application below and email all necessary documents to architecural@theshoreshoa.org
